The $90 cap means that you can pay a maximum of $90 on recertification tests. You can take more than 3 tests, but after 3, you won’t have to pay anymore. You will also have to pay a $36 registration fee for both certification and recertification. Overall, this is a very inexpensive certification to get in comparison to some of the others.
